Evening Adult No Gi is ran by coaches Chris, Clay, and Freeman. Our evening classes are a faster paced class but still great for beginners. The night classes are fuller which allows for more partners to train and grapple with.
We typically have 2 coaches and a number of higher ranked members happy to help with questions. Classes are typically 45-60 minutes long with an additional 30-60 minutes for grappling.
No charge to try out. Just wear athletic attire.
Noon Adult No Gi is ran by coaches Clay and Freeman. The class size is smaller than our evening programs which allows greater time for questions, and individualized techniques. This class is appropriate for beginner adults and people who want to train smart for an hour and get back to their day.
