Hey! I'm Coach Freeman.

I'm one of the coaches/owner at 501 BJJ & Kickboxing. I'm a BJJ brown belt under Roli Delgado. In my free time I play DnD, hike/backpack, and do pottery.

I've found a great community in martial arts. Good friends and mentors.  I hope to pass on similar support to our team mates.  I teach adult kickboxing and kids-Adult BJJ
